Michael Johns is a Certified Public Accountant with over fifteen years of financial and leadership experience. Michael held audit positions with KPMG in its high-tech practice, where he served in management from 2000-2006.  In 2007, Michael joined Right Now Technologies serving as its SEC Financial Reporting Director and Investor Relations Director. During his tenure at Right Now, Michael participated in many high level key financial transactions.  In 2012, Michael entered the world of health-care, serving as Pegasus Emergency Group's CFO for two years until finalizing a merger and transition with Island Medical Management Group, where he served as President during the integration of the two companies.  In January 2015, Mr. Johns assumed the Chief Executive Officer responsibilities for Bridger Orthopedic. He is committed to delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care and supporting the growth of the community. 

Michael is married to the amazing Kristy and together they have four great kids. When they are all not busy with work and school – they can be found exploring the wilds of Montana. 

Jenny Jo Forder is a Certified Public Accountant who brings over 14 years of financial experience to Bridger Orthopedics. Mrs. Forder’s career started at Anderson ZurMuhlen & Co as a Senior Auditor specializing in the government and bank sectors. In late 2004 she joined RightNow Technologies as a GL accountant and later moved to the finance team as a Finance Manager for the marketing and IT departments. In mid-2012 she expanded her skills and joined the healthcare sector as the Corporate Controller of Pegasus Emergency Management and it 8 subsidiaries. Jenny has been with Bridger Orthopedic since early 2015, serving originally as Corporate Controller before her promotion to Chief Financial Officer in early 2018. Jenny grew up in Highwood, MT. She is married with 2 dogs. During her free time she enjoys supporting the MSU Bobcats, camping, boating, traveling, and hunting.
